To launch the unique Gastro Bar concept, our chef has designed an innovative twist on international cuisine served tapas-style throughout the day and night. Spanish-inspired options are the centerpiece of his seasonally-focused menu, where artisan meats and cheeses, infused with local, iconic foods in a small-plate format will be served throughout the day. Twists on Spanish delicacies include gambas al ajillo (shrimp in garlic sauce) and chipirones a la plancha (grilled baby squid with garlic, lemon and olive oil).
The Gastro Bar at 35th also offers a signature European breakfast seven days a week, featuring organic pastries and other morning favorites. Additionally, visitors can sip on Lavazza® Italian espresso, specialty coffee drinks and a distinctive selection of international and domestic draft beers, Mediterranean wines, cocktails and beverages, including organic choices.
The Gastro Bar at 35th is a great place to gather for Happy Hour! Every day from 4pm-11pm guests can enjoy our selection of specialty cocktails, sangria and Mediterranean wines, each for $7.00. If you prefer beer, we have a delicious assortment of international and domestic beers, all priced at $6.00. We also offer organic wines for a more healthful choice.
