But when I heard that a Michelin-starred chef from a Rioja village was to visit New York from Saturday through April 21 and prepare a dinner to serve with Riojas at Gastro Bar at 35th, a new Spanish restaurant, I checked out the menu.
The restaurant was a great experience with a nice selection of Tapas and a selection of TRYP signature drinks.
The tapas menu is outrageous - I highly recommend the brussel sprouts - so amazing!!!

I recommend one of the homemade "green" Martinis, a couple orders of the shrimp shooters - the shrimp sauce is perhaps one of the most succulent liquids to ever slide down my gullet - and get yourself an entree - they're all hearty and good.
The food is great and the drinks are super nice and The service is excellent and the location is very good.
